Thank you for shopping with Statebound Co. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and efficiently.


1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Holidays
  • Product launches
  • Sales events
  • Peak travel/tourist seasons

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected delivery method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO addresses where available

Some oversized or specialty items may have shipping restrictions.


4. International Shipping

Currently not shipping to international addresses.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Statebound Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We will do our best to assist with claims when possible.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after order placement
  • Returned packages may require additional shipping fees for reshipment

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damaged items
    • Photos of packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


9. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page when applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
